Personal Biography

Danielle was born to Brent and Gabrielle Norlan in Honolulu, Hawaii. Due to her mother's job they moved around a lot. By nature Danielle has always been the type to push limits. From an early age she proved to be academically talented. Her parents were a bit surprised to learn she tended to be more of a tomboy.

As the oldest Danielle felt responsible for her younger sisters Morgan and Ali. The three girls were very close. Given the nature of their upbringing they learned to be independent at an early age. It was a situation the girls learned to live with.

When Danielle approached them on her seventeenth birthday wanting to become a MACO they weren't sure how to react at first. A sudden threat to her family, due to her mother's job, helped change their view. Pursuing her goal of becoming a MACO turned out to be the best place for Danielle to keep her safe. Out of concern the truth has been kept from Danielle.

She found her passion and did well. Making a path for herself gave Danielle a goal. Off duty she spent her time with various hobbies. Though Danielle missed her family she found a new one among her fellow MACOs.

Along the way Danielle and Caid fell in love and got married. Being MACOs they both knew the risks associated with their jobs. But there was far more to it than just that. Regulations were bent to protect Danielle further even though she was not given that as the reason.

In an unexpected twist of fate Danielle found herself going back to school at Starfleet Academy. She chose to train as an Armory Officer. That would be a good way to continue to use the skills Danielle had learned as a MACO.

Danielle was pleased to find herself assigned as Chief Armory Officer aboard the Meridian. The change of assignment will be a nice change for her.
